Role: Business Analyst
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 4+ YEARS (Long term)
Our client is looking for a BA (with IDM preferred) for a long term contract opportunity. This position requires a 2 telephonic rounds and 2 in person rounds.
Key Skill Set:
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management a huge plus.
- Document Business requirement and current and future state process flows.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify and define high level and detailed business/functional requirements.
- Prepare gap analysis and impact analysis documents.
- Provide guidance to the team regarding the requirements.
- Serve as SME.
- Actively identify opportunities to utilize current or innovative technical solutions.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- 8+ years professional experience required.
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst required.
- Experience with MS Office applications required.
