Experience working on projects with state and federal regulatory components is strongly preferred. In addition, highly qualified candidates will have a combination of the following:
Leadership experience with large IT systems development projects. Public sector and/or health care experience helpful.
Lead business analysis experience for developing, implementing, and/or managing large, complex operational systems. Public sector and/or health care experience helpful.
Experience with documenting business process design.
Experience managing SharePoint sites preferred.
Experience with Medicaid/Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) enterprise projects and technologies preferred.
Experience with a Service Oriented Architecture environment (SOA) preferred.
Understanding of MITA 3.0, HIT, and healthcare/insurance IT environments strongly preferred.
Understanding of HIPAA and its impact on MMIS systems strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts and impact on MMIS systems preferred.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) tools preferred.
BA professional certification and Bachelor's degree preferred.
