Role : Lead Java Developer
Location : Tampa FL Need GC's or USC
Duration : 7+Months(May be extension to 2 yrs)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
At least 4-6 years of experience on JAVA and J2EE platform with expertise in either integration/services or user experience (Portal or Spring Servlet Based).
Experience leading a team both onshore and offshore. (Offshore team is in India).
Managerial role but needs to have experience with hands on coding, to be able to code and mentor the team when needed. Experience with high level Architecture is a must.
The person will be working directly with client technical and business teams to understand requirements and do detailed technical design, run small projects or modules in large projects
