Skills required are intermediate:
3 – 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience in the (Credit Card Industry is a plus)
3 – 5 years of general Business Systems Analyst experience
Leadership skills to work with peers across teams
Analytical skills, Excellent Communication Skills and Writing Skills
Functional documentation
Mainframe Background is Preferred on a few of the positions
Detail-oriented
MS Office skills, Visio, Process Flows, Data Flows
Issue resolution
Oral and written communication
Ability to multi-task
