8 plus years of IT experience.
Technically lead project teams to implement major enhancements to the product.
Should have hands on knowledge in Java and J2EE technologies.
Experience in the entire software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy
Can visualize system end to end.
Strong in Core Java, JDK 1.6:12+
Good in Data structures and Algorithms
Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns)
Good Knowledge of SQLJDBC, EJB3
Good knowledge of XML / parsers
Good understanding of web services, preferred Rest
Ant, Maven
JBOSS:2+, Tomcat
Basic unix exposure
Good communication skills
Good Leadership qualities.
Can guide team on day to day issue resolution, review design, code and recommendthem right implementation approach Product development background is preferable Candidates should take ownership and be self driven.
Experience working in Onsite Offshore model"
