JOB Description: NSN-BSS Engineer
Location: Dallas TX
Skills:
· Nokia GSM/UMTS Network Operations & Maintenance including Nokia Ultra site and Metro site BTS, Nokia Supreme and AXC Node- B BTS, Metro Hub, Flexi Hopper, Nokia Supreme (3G Node-B) BTS, AXC, RTU
· Well experienced in Flexi Hopper (19& 19E), NEC, CERAGON, NORTEL SDH MUX.
· Performs HW/SW upgrading of BTS, Transceiver & other BTS equipments.
· Working on BSS database configuration, integration and implementation.
· Investigate the alarms, resolve faults & reassurance with NOC.
· Maintenance of all nodes and taking preventive actions to Maintain Networks availability More than 99.99%.
· Analysis of daily traffic reports for monitoring Key Performance statistics.
· Trouble ticketing reports management and escalate alarms.
· VSWR, Power Measurement, internal clock setting, Traffic Management, Microwave link setup
· Integration and Commissioning of Ultra-sites and Metro-sites BTS, Supreme (3G Node-B) BTS and AXC
· Providing 1st level support for Transmission networks.
· Installation & Commissioning of Nokia BSC DX2000, Nokia BSC 3i DX2000, RNC 300, RNC 450
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints concerning technical problems
· Attend Customer meetings as requested
